Quality policy

The most important focus of the company´s top management is to satisfy customer requirements to maximum and with a high level of quality, which ensures long-term prosperity. In this spirit, the company management decided to establish a management control system according to standards EN ISO 9001:2008, EN ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 and therefore it is committed:

 

  • to continuously satisfy the needs and expectations of customers and other interested parties,
  • to continuously improve the efficiency of the management system of quality management.

 

To achieve these requirements, we will focus on:

 

  • the continuous improvement of quality in providing design, development, manufacture, installations, servicing and repair of machinery and equipment for the machinery, rubber, plastics and electronics industry,
  • conducting regular and professional communication with customers and skilled handling of complaints,
  • establishment of new domestic and foreign business contracts,
  • permanent meeting the needs and requirements of the company´s employees and the professional development of staff, improvement of their work, effective and efficient internal communication,
  • creation of appropriate working environment and working conditions.
 

Environmental policy

With the growing awareness of the problems concerning environment, the company´s top management decided to allocate the necessary resources and make effort to prevent environmental pollution. To achieve efficiency of prudent environmental behaviour, the company´s management, respecting the legal requirements and the requirements of standard STN EN ISO 14001:2005, is committed to:

 

  • prevention of environmental pollution in all spheres of the company´s activities,
  • the continual improvement of the environmental management system,
  • compliance with applicable legal and other requirements.

 

To achieve these requirements, we will focus on:

 

  • monitoring of emerging environmental aspects,
  • economical handling of metal waste,
  • education among employees for the regular development of environmental awareness.
 

OSH policy

An essential part of the quality working process in all activities carried out in the company is occupational safety and health. The company´s top management considers the OSH surveillance to be equal and integral part of the planning and implementation of working processes, therefore it is committed to:

 

  • ensure steadily improving OSH performance according to the company´s needs and legal requirements

 

To achieve these requirements, we will focus on:

 

  • raising awareness among employees for the purpose of accident prevention and provide education and training for staff,
  • permanent reduction of risks and dangers,
  • involvement of all employees in communication in finding and implementing new work practices.
